1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the FINE app or website (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by NoSlo Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("NoSlo Solutions," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

FINE is a personal financial-tracking application that helps you aggregate income streams, track net worth, and estimate progress toward financial independence, based on information you provide directly or link via Plaid. FINE is an informational and organizational tool. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and it does not hold, transfer, or have custody of your money.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5.1 FINE is a personal tool, not professional advice

FINE is a personal tracking and informational tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to take any particular financial action.

5.2 We are not licensed financial professionals

Neither Trevor Olson nor NoSlo Solutions is a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary under any federal or state securities law, and neither holds any license, certification, or accreditation to provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing about your use of the Service creates an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and NoSlo Solutions.

5.3 Projections and calculations are estimates only

All financial-independence date estimates, savings-rate calculations, safe-withdrawal-rate (SWR) figures, net-worth projections, and Monte Carlo simulation outputs (collectively, "Projections") displayed in the Service are estimates generated for your personal tracking purposes only. They are based on assumptions you provide or that are pre-populated as defaults — including expected growth rate, inflation, contribution amounts, and expenses — and on historical or simulated data that may not reflect actual future market performance.

Projections come with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or that any projected outcome will occur. Actual results will vary, potentially significantly, from any Projection shown in the app. Past performance of any market, asset class, or simulated scenario is not indicative of future results.

5.4 Consult a licensed professional

Before making any financial, investment, tax, retirement, or legal decision, you should consult a licensed financial advisor, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or attorney who can evaluate your complete financial situation. The Service is intended to supplement, not replace, the judgment of a qualified professional.

5.5 Linked account data may lag or contain errors

Balances, transactions, and holdings synced into the Service via Plaid depend on data provided by your financial institutions and Plaid's connections to them. This data may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect due to institution outages, sync timing, or categorization errors. Always verify your actual account balances and transaction history directly with your financial institution before relying on any figure shown in the Service for a financial decision.

5.6 Limitation of liability for financial outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoSlo Solutions and its owners, contributors, and service providers are not liable for any financial decision, loss, or outcome that results, directly or indirectly, from your use of, or reliance on, the Service's numbers, Projections, categorizations, or suggestions. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

6. General Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will NoSlo Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies in addition to, and does not limit, the financial-decision liability limitation in Section 5.6 above.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the data retention and deletion terms in our Privacy Policy apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
